Here’s a loose itinerary to help you make initial travel plans:

Thursday, July 23: Attendees who arrive on Thursday are invited to join us for casual evening dinner plans and networking opportunities. It’s a great way to settle in, meet fellow writers early, and ease into the weekend!


Friday, July 24: Optional: During the day on Friday, we’ll offer extra sessions and programming for early arrivers. These workshops and conversations are designed to give you a head start before the full Festival begins.

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM and Festival check-in opens at 5:00 PM. Grab some dinner and be back for the New Works Cabaret at 7:00 PM. Stay up late with us for Open Mic Night immediately following the Cabaret!

Saturday, July 25: Take advantage of valuable networking time over breakfast (included) — then we’re off! A jam-packed day of events including breakout sessions, feedback panels, Pitch Night (think Shark Tank for new musicals) and exclusive performances of the best new work from our amazing writers and attendees.

Sunday, July 26: Enjoy breakfast and one last chance to connect with new friends, colleagues, and collaborators. There are no official Festival-wide events on Sunday, but we will host several Table Reads. If you have a late flight, you’re welcome to stick around and be part of our audience.
